USI-MSH Personnel Commended
for Exemplary Service



The Office of the Vice-President for Health Services, in coordination with the Human Resources Department, Quality Management Services and Patient Relations Office, expresses its appreciation and recognition to the staff/employees who shows exemplary service over and above the call of duty cited in the new Customer Satisfaction Survey through letters of acknowledgement.

The survey, which started November 2007, are distributed to and retrieved from ready to be discharged patients and gathered every month from which the list of personnel are identified who possesses the following traits based on their performance and the criteria given in the survey from namely: concern and caring, quality of work, good behavior, competent, courteous, etc. Within a five-month period, a total of 159 letters were handed out and will continuously be given in the succeeding months.

The said recognition is one way of boosting the morale of the employees thus, giving them the drive and inspiration to perform their job efficiently and effectively in the spirit of St. Vincent de Paul.
