On the first day, the activity was enriched with lectures from the invited resource speakers from the Bureau of Fire Protection spearheaded by the new Naga City Fire Marshal , C/INSP Achilles M. Santiago, MM who discussed about “Fire Safety and Prevention”.
SFO2 Ronald E. Mojica , the Chief of Fire Prevention and Safety Education, Plans and Programs, Public Information Service discussed on “How to Use Fire Extinguishers” and some safety measures in using LPG.
In the afternoon, resource speakers from PAGASA Camaligan were present to discuss on “Hydrological Hazards” and “Typhoon Tracking and Other Weather System” with Mr. Arturo L. Balang , Chief Meteorological Officer/Hydrologist of Bicol River Flood Forecasting Center and Mr. Alfredo B. Consulta , Weather Observer III respectively.
The second day was an Actual drill with observers/evaluators from the Bureau of Fire Protection. Mr. Joselito SA. Del Rosario, Executive Officer of the Public Safety Office was also present during the activity.
The activity was successfully carried out with the Rescue Team identified as the best team who has effectively performed their role.
