The Universidad de Santa Isabel-Mother Seton Hospital, through its personnel-volunteers, joined the Sagop Creek clean-up drive held October 2, 2008.
The clean-up drive is a project of the Sagop Creek Preservation and Rehabilitation (SPARE) Council composed of the four (4) barangays wherein the creek traverses namely: Barangay Del Rosario, Concepcion Grande, Concepcion Pequeña, and Triangulo.
Other participating institutions are Environmental Management Bureau, Coca-Cola Bottlers, Inc., Lisam, Pepsi-Cola Products Phil., Bicol Retreaders Inc., Manzihing, Caleb Motors, Willprint Graphic Center, Bimbo Construction and Supply, Villaroya Shell Service Station, Peñafrancia Tours, Kia Naga, CBD, Robertson, Casureco II, San Miguel Brewery Inc., Army deployment unit volunteers and barangay residents.
