USI-MSH and SACH STRATEGIC PLANNING

 

The Universidad de Santa Isabel-Mother Seton Hospital, Naga City, and St. Anthony College Hospital, Roxas City, held a partnership strategic planning program "Building New and Uncontested Markets" for the DC-SLM Health Care Ministry at the Fray Juan Clemente Holistic Health Center, San Juan de Dios Educational Foundation, Inc. August 13-15, 2008.

The three-day planning process was intended to ensure that the DC-SLM Health Care Ministry breaks away form the conventional approach of racing to beat the competition by building a defensible position.

Other matters undertaken were the creation of a shared operative metaphor, re-visiting of the vision and mission of the respective institutions, formulation of core and functional strategies, identifying flagship programs and institutional values, and formulation of business policies.
